A Thanksgiving Letter to my Investment Clients
As we enter the season of giving thanks, I want to express my gratitude for the opportunity to serve the clients who have put their trust in me to manage their assets. I do work diligently to care for your wealth in the same manner I care for my own. You’ve enabled me the opportunity to provide the advice that I believe is right, not the advice I’d be asked to provide in support of an agenda at another investment firm. I opened my firm to gain the freedom to say what I believe is true in investing, not just what aligns with someone else’s vision or quota. In ethics studies, we are evaluated on our ability to judge not just right from wrong, but what is more right or more wrong by comparison. This is what I mean when I say that today I feel more right about the work I’m doing than at any other time in my 20-year career, and that is invaluable to me. So, this is specifically what I’m writing to express my gratitude for as we approach Thanksgiving in 2025.
Without your patronage, Northshore Wealth Management wouldn’t be the success that it is, and I genuinely thank you for your business. I know how hard you worked to build your wealth because I know how hard I worked to build mine, and it’s an honor to manage your assets for you. If you’ve inherited wealth, then someone who loved you worked very hard to build wealth for you, and I’m honored to protect their legacy.
May the ones you love surround you with warmth this holiday season, and may their well-being remind you of what you’ve worked so hard for. They are lucky to have you, as am I.
Happy Holidays to you and yours,
Alyse
